Employment Application Procedure
Schools/Departments should confirm application candidates based on the annual recruitment plan derived by the university and the Provisional Regulations For Employment at Tianjin University
Form of Assessment for New Recruits at Tianjin University can be downloaded from the Tianjin University Website(HR Management)
Following the completion of relevant forms in accordance to requirements, the application documents should be submitted in addition to other necessary attachments to HR Department of Tianjin University.
Once approval has been granted from HR Department, the application can then be submitted to the University Executive Panel for approval.
Internal Transfer Procedure
Application in writing as well as the completed Application Form：For Internal Transfer Within Tianjin University should be approved by both current and intended departments prior to submission for assessment by HR Department.
Following approval from HR Department, the application can then be submitted to the Senior Executive Panel of the University for further consideration.
Upon approval by Senior Executive Panel of the University, the applicant should go to HR Department in person for processing of application.
HR Department will provide official documents in approval of internal transfer, which must be presented to the intended department upon commencement of new position. In addition, HR Department will adjust wages in accordance to changes.
Application in writing as well as the completed Application for Resignation Form should be submitted to HR Department.
Following assessment by HR Department, the application can then be submitted to the Senior Executive Panel of the University for approval.Job opportunities
