Remuneration
Remuneration is based on Wage Standards of Public Institutions.
Monthly salary payment for university employees consists of the following categories.
1. Post Salary: Determined by occupational position;
2. Scale Wage: Determined by service duration and experience – subject to annual assessment. 
3. Allowance and Subsidy:Determined by position;
4. Bonus:Determined by workplace performance.
